1. General Policy

All payments made for courses, workshops, or learning programs are non-transferable and non-refundable, except under specific conditions mentioned below.

Before enrolling, we strongly recommend reviewing all course details, schedules, and requirements.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• The course or class is canceled by Infinity Academy

• A technical or administrative error results in duplicate or incorrect payment

• A cancellation request is made before the course start date within the allowed timeframe

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

• Change of mind after enrollment or course access

• Partial attendance or missed sessions

• Dissatisfaction after course commencement

• Inability to attend due to personal or scheduling reasons

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

• Include your name, contact number, transaction ID, and reason for the request

Important:

• Requests must be made within 7 days of payment or before the course starts, whichever is earlier

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method

4. Course Transfers

If you are unable to attend your enrolled course, you may request a one-time transfer:

• Applicable to another batch or course of equal or lesser value

• Subject to availability

• Must be requested before the first session

5. No Physical Returns

All our services are delivered digitally or through live online sessions.
Therefore, no physical returns are applicable.

6. Payment Gateway Fees

Certain payment gateway or transaction fees may be non-refundable, as per third-party provider policies.
